Our dedicated application, Kinderpedia, keeps you connected to your child’s daily activities and progress. Through this platform, parents receive updates on daily schedules, class activities, meals, and photos, all in real time. You can communicate instantly with teachers, check invoices, and access assessment reports, creating a seamless experience that integrates your child’s school life with your daily schedule.

Feedback – We Hear Your Voice

At Maple Bear, we highly value parent feedback. Twice a year, we conduct surveys to gather your input and help us continuously improve. Using both the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and comprehensive full-scale surveys, we receive valuable insights that guide our efforts to enhance your child’s experience at Maple Bear. We listen to your voice and create detailed action plans based on your feedback, ensuring we address your concerns and improve our performance.
